You will be given legal licensing - as a part of Music Video

As Toronto Fan Club singer-songwriter / composer to the new released song " WE'VE GOT A GAME TO PLAY" a combination of copyrights and moral rights over the music and lyrics created are legally protected. 


We hold a variety of copyrights which includes;  Composition Copyright - The song itself and  melody, lyrics, and structure and the song writer. 


Sound recording copyright - The recorded version: the actual performance that’s recorded. 

Both owned and copywritten by Hogan Siers - with other previous Sports Songs being a good standing Member of SOCAN CANADA.

What your free licensing rights allows you once you have ordered your personalize Music production

This means that you will be given the rights in writing to play your personalized Toronto Fan Club Music Video Production of the song "WE'VE GOT A GAME TO PLAY" for your friends, small private gathering and you are not making a profit. Your given rights will allow you "private performances" within a normal circle of friends and family. 


Private performance

  • A private performance occurs within a normal social circle, such as your home or a backyard barbecue.
  • It is for your personal enjoyment and a small group of friends or family.
  • It does not require permission from the copyright holder. 


Public performance

  • We also allow your personalized audio and video to play in an open setting to the public, where a more "substantial number of people outside of a normal circle of family and friends" are gathered.
  • Examples include playing music in a store, restaurant, bar, or at a commercial event.
  • Transmitting the music to the public, like a radio broadcast or web stream is also permitted, however if an establishment or you yourself are charging an admission fee to hear the music is not allowed. It is also not allowed to key factor that in to make an event "public". 


A large party at a Country Club with many attendees is acceptable to us Playing the song to small group of personal friends in a private, non-commercial setting is perfectly acceptable and it was for this reason why we developed this Music Video initiative. For the fun and enjoyment of sharing! 


Please understand that we can not approve the publishing or remake or editing of this Music Video, or audio for upload to You tube as they have regulations about a repeat number of Publishing of the same material. 

Therefore we can not grant you authorization for social media uploads!
